Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for removing valuable items from the property, providing access to the property, and promptly informing Divine Option UK Ltd about sensitive or problematic areas that require attention. The customer must ensure that no other company or individuals are on the property that may disrupt the cleaners' work. If another company is working on the property at the same time scheduled for the cleaners to clean the property, the customer may be disadvantaged and may be subject to not receiving proper cleaning. For optimal results, the cleaning work should not be interrupted until completion to maintain focus.

NOTE: If cleaning cannot be performed due to another company working on the property, the customer must pay a cancellation or rescheduling fee of 10% of the total agreed amount after the team has already been dispatched.

Company Responsibilities:

Divine Option UK Ltd commits to providing excellent cleaning services and handling accidental damages responsibly. It is our obligation to ensure that your home is adequately cleaned, meeting the highest standards required in the United Kingdom. In case of challenges with the services provided, we will offer dedicated assistance to our valued customers. We are 100% against scam or unfair business practice, and there are no hidden fees. Any necessary changes will be communicated before the start of the job. This is our commitment to maintaining transparency with our customers.

Scheduling and Access:

Customers can schedule cleaning sessions based on availability, and any changes must be communicated in advance. Access to the property must be granted, and, if necessary, customers can provide keys or access codes. We can also collect keys directly from the rental agency; please contact the agency so we can arrange key collection. Customers have the option to be present during cleaning, but for a better-executed job, it is advisable that the house be empty due to the movement of the cleaners and to avoid interruptions. Our team is professional, allowing you to relax or attend to other matters while we take care of the cleaning for you.

Payment Method:

Payments must be made before the cleaning begins, upon receipt of the invoice and the company's request. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and cash.

Guarantees and Complaints:

The guarantee applies exclusively in scenarios where the property remains unoccupied, with no inhabitants or workers present. In cases where a tenant continues to reside in the property or if visits occur outside the scope of the cleaning inspection and any damage caused by third parties, the guarantee becomes null and void. It is important to note that we do not accept liability for cleaning-related damages caused by tenants or third parties. The guarantee is valid only in cases of professional errors attributed to Divine Option UK Ltd employees. Although we consistently strive for quality and efficiency, we cannot extend guarantees beyond a period of 7 days; it does not cover cobwebs after 5 days. We advise customers to promptly communicate any complaints or issues (evidence is essential). By using our cleaning services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
